Please contact Fiery Support on 1-888-334-8650 for technical issues with your product. If it is deemed that the hardware is defective, Fiery will process an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) to return the defective items, and provide you with a replacement if it is within the 12-month warranty period. To determine warranty status, we will send you a form and require the following information to be provided: failure description, part number, serial number, and date code (if applicable). Fiery warrants the hardware for 12 months from date of shipment. If the product becomes faulty outside of the warranty period, an RMA will not be issued. This warranty and return policy only applies to products sold on the Fiery Shop.
